Osteoarthritis Chiropractor Corte Madera

I was rear ended on 2/25/19. I ended up with a severe concussion — and still dealing with severe post-concussion syndrome. I went to a chiropractor I knew and thought could help... I was mistaken. He would adjust me... but wouldn’t address my skull or neck issues and wouldn’t look past my torso... I was recommended to Dr. Harte, as it was now ~3 months that I’d had a massive headache and couldn’t walk much without being exhausted. My brain hurt. Literally. I was getting really depressed and feeling like maybe I wouldn’t get better... then I started with Dr. H. With one adjustment... I felt half my brain fog leave. I could breathe better... didn’t even know that had been an issue. I am amazed how such concentrated soft touch really adjusts what is needed. Dr. Harte sincerely cares about each individual patient... passionately... it shows in his work. He listens to you when you talk. Other chiros have told me what I need rather than listen to what I’m dealing with... and responding... I am grateful for his work and insight to the whole body... not just the anatomy of the spine. It is all interconnected. I highly recommend his work. This guy knows his stuff and can help you. *

Dr. Harte is truly unique and adheres to a high standard of service, cares about his practice members, years of knowledge, and thinks way outside the proverbial box. No one has ever educated me about vertebral sublaxation before. Not your average, or "below average", chiropractor! *

Dr. Harte is a chiropractor like no other. My family and I had seen 3 other chiropractors before meeting him, and they proved inadequate -- not listening to our concerns, not being thorough in their examinations, dismissing us, etc. Finding him, for me, was a miracle and a blessing. I received a magazine at home, threw it in the trash, seconds later I picked it out of the trash, read it, and saw his advertisement. His message was positive and aligned with what I wanted. I gave him a call right away and set-up an appointment. During the appointment, he treated me well, and I felt as if I had known him for years. He conducted an exam, x-rays, a questionnaire, etc., and I moved forward with the recommend plan. His chiropractic adjustments have made me feel better (e.g. I have better blood circulation in my hands, my walk is lighter and softer, etc.). I profoundly believe in him and in his work, which is why I drive from Santa Rosa to Corte Madera to see him. I am happy to have met him, and I have recommended him to my sisters, daughter, and husband (who are now his clients as well). I thank God for having met him. I hope God blesses him as I believe God gave him the gift of healing. *

I am very grateful to have found Dr. Harte and highly recommend his practice for any ailment. I scheduled an initial appointment with Dr. Harte to address severe neck tension from old injuries as well looking for increased general overall wellness. Dr. Harte performed a health assessment via a multitude of tests, nervous system, heart, balance and x-rays etcetera and he performed an adjustment after reviewing the results. After the first adjustment, I experienced great relief from the neck tension and a hip misalignment that other doctors were unable to "treat" and a reduction in tinnitus and restless legs. Dr. Harte provided a recommended schedule of adjustments in order to restore health which I accepted. I'm five weeks in and have stronger vitality and immunity, better balance, digestion and sleep. My hip feels normal and I can regularly go on strenuous hikes without any recourse and my neck is comfortable and has much more mobility. Dr Harte provides education on chiropractic care and why it works when Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) is addressed, which he does in his practice. I went to a prominent sports chiropractor off an on for over 20 years and relief was always temporary and didn't address the other issues I mentioned above. I pity the nasty reviewers who have nothing better to do than tear down a doctor and his practice that they know nothing about and that is doing so much good for so many, you nasty people are in my prayers, I hope you can find happiness instead of bitterness. You are obviously severely VSC'd, otherwise you'd have joy and vitality. Dr. Harte's practice is a very happy place, most everyone converses and jokes, it's an uplifting event and I look forward to going. Dr. Harte plays great and eclectic music which further enhances the experience. I am recommending Dr. Harte to family, friends and co-workers who are seeking health and vitality. I've been seeing Dr. Harte for 9 months and continue to be off all medications and infusions to treat advanced rheumatoid arthritis. During this time I have continued to see my RA specialist and get my regular blood panels. My RA specialist has been amazed at my physical reaction and the nothing shy of miraculous turnaround since being adjusted on a regular basis by Dr. Harte. I explained to my RA specialist that as Dr. Harte removes the subluxations in my spine, my body has been healing and growing stronger. His response would be "it's remarkable how your responding." My response was and remains Dr. Harte is a remarkable chiropractor. Each time I see my RA Dr. he is more pleased and impressed. I saw him last month and my bloodwork continues to be good. He commented again how happy he was that I continued to respond so well to Dr. Harte's adjustments. I said I am too, Dr. Harte is a remarkable Dr. His response...."Yes he is." In a time where negativity, criticism, slams, & disrespect abounds, it was so wonderful to hear a Dr. of traditional medical practice give props and respect to a Dr. of chiropractics. I suffered a spinal cord injury 8 years ago and was barely able to walk at the time. I have been rehabbing ever since. I had tried everything and my feet were still tingling, balance was way off, and my legs felt weak, and lower back pain and sciatica all the way down my leg. After 7 years of trying everything and hard work, I was a little better and was able to go to ball games and ride my eBike Mtn Bike on the trails, but I was still at about 60% of normal and sore all the time, with bad chronic pain. I have been seeing Dr Hart for 1 year now, and I am suddenly feeling much better, waking, scooting around on my feet (sligntly) and I have less numbness. I have signed up to continue maintenance treatments with Dr. Hart and will continue with him as long as I can. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and I will be fully recovered soon. DR. HARTE IS A GODSEND! I came to him with depression, constipation, excessive urination, headaches, severe digestive trouble, and osteoarthritis in my hands and feet. I have been coming here for one month now and boy has he made a difference! By gentle correction of the subluxations in the spinal cord, the body is able to heal itself! He is simply "opening up" the natural pathways in the body's information highway, allowing the necessary data to travel from the brain, down the spinal column and then to the organs and extremities. Dr. Harte is all about healthy as we can be and self-care. That's real chiropractic which allows our bodies to heal themselves from inside to outside and top down by freeing the nervous system and circulatory system from pressures due to misaligned vertebrae (i.e. subluxation). He is caring, kind, funny, and yes, outspoken (that's his prerogative, plus he's a New Yorker). I feel safe in his office and never hear complaints, in fact, the opposite. Patients choose to wear, or not wear, masks, once through his portal. We respectfully keep our spaces, and no one has covid-19. No one seems to have colds. I started going back to his practice fall of 2019, and I have not had a cold since. I highly recommend Dr. Harte. His practices will help all kinds of issues in the body way beyond back pain. I am 71 years old, and I have gone to chiropractors since I was 25, after suffering a miscarriage and back pain from a car accident. I started with Dr. Harte in 2014 and he’s the best chiropractor I have ever had. He doesn’t just do a cookie-cutter shoulder/knee crack, and he doesn’t say “come in when you’re having pain and I’ll help get it relieved”. He had me come in intensely for the first year. Then we went to fewer visits but still continued to have wonderful results. He tunes into your own particular body, your own exact situation, and knows how to adjust you in a very focused, very specific way. I had hot flashes for 15 years, was on thyroid medication and medication for atrial fibrillation. I had a pain in the bottom of my left heel that was escalating and had been under treatment from other chiropractors for two years without results. I had numbness in both my hands and forearms. I was exhausted most of the time. Under Dr. Harte’s care I improved so much that I went to my MD and he agreed we needed to taper me off of my thyroid meds & my heart meds. I am prescription free, full of energy, pain-free. The numbness is gone, and the hot flashes have been reduced significantly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Whatever your issue is he will free your own body’s built-in ability to heal itself! *

I've had multiple back surgeries, the last one two years ago which included fusion at L5/S1. Around last October the sciatica the ortho said would be fixed was worse than before the surgery. I'd seen Dr Harte's ads in the IJ many times, I've lived in Marin county for almost 20 years, but always figured chiropractic could not help people who have had fusion. But this time the ad was different or at least different from what I remembered. This time it said to not give up on chiropractic just because we've had surgery. I called and have not regretted it. I've experienced more relief over the last 9 months than I thought possible. It's not just the sciatica that is a lot more bearable. The neck pain and agonizing back pain are more manageable, sleep is better. Quality of life is much better overall. I began with the intensive adjustment/examination schedule the previous reviewer described and am now down to two adjustments per week and we hope later this year to get down to one per week.
