- Exercise regularly: Don’t do what hurts. Do more of what feels good. Working up a good sweat three or four times a week is beneficial.
- Be very skeptical of medical advice, testing, diagnoses, and treatments: Except in emergencies, medical care often gets you in more trouble and further away from where you want to be… HEALTHY.
